Some raw gemstones are very delicate and should be worn mindfully. The sculpting clay is highly durable and resistant; however, slamming, banging, and dropping the piece can cause cracking or breakage.  Do not wear your one-of-a-kind handmade jewelry pieces while bathing, swimming, nor next to other pieces that will rub against their painted settings.  For occasional spot cleaning of your Alice Waits Collection jewelry, we suggest using a damp cloth with water to wipe the piece down—while avoiding the metal component, to prevent tarnish. Metal necklaces and novel fashion pieces are rust-resistant; however, some metals could tarnish due to natural moisture or chemical compounds in: Natural skin oil Perfume/fragrances Acidic compounds coming in contact with your jewelry The air ​ We spray all metals with Tarnish-Me-Not Hypoallergenic Jewelry Spray prior to working with the metal. Nevertheless, we recommend you occasionally spray your metal pieces with a jewelry protectant spray to maintain the longevity of the metal. ​ Rings are made by hand, therefore sizing may not be perfect nor entirely accurate. Sizing is based on using a ring sizer and will be labeled using the closest size. No two jewelry pieces are identical.

Our jewelry pieces are made with real crystals, minerals and stones. If a piece is large or has multiple crystals, it will likely wear heavy. The smaller the jewelry art piece, the lighter it will wear. We do our best to use the right chain, cord or ring width so our crystal jewelry wears more comfortably.  We also consider the right width or length for the jewelry art piece, however all beautiful bodies are different. So how it sits and wears on the individual will vary.

All stones are hand selected and our jewelry pieces are one of a kind, handcrafted art pieces. Materials include: real raw, polished and faceted crystals, gemstones, minerals, non-precious metals, copper, stainless steel, clay, acrylic paint, and resin. We spray all non-precious metals with Tarnish-Me-Not Hypoallergenic Jewelry Spray prior to working with the metal. Nevertheless, we recommend you occasionally spray your metal pieces with a jewelry protectant spray to avoid tarnish and maintain the longevity of the metal.

Due to being a small business and not delivering bulk volume orders, we ship via USPS. Tracking is included with your shipment and will be included in your shipment confirmation email. We only package and ship orders on Wednesday's, to support small business cost. If your shipment is lost in transit, we will provide a full refund. We also offer pick-ups at our pop-up locations.

We want you to feel fulfilled with your Alice Waits Collection pieces, therefore we are glad to offer returns, on a case by case basis.  We'll gladly accept returns within 2 weeks of purchase, with prior email approval. Sender is responsible for return shipping cost. A full refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee.  We offer repairs for items damaged during shipping, though this is extremely rare. Damages not caused by shipping or fault of our own, will require a small fee.
